Product updates for myWorksites. Releases 10.1.6, 10.1.7, 11.0.0, 11.0.1, 11.0.2, 11.0.3, 11.0.4, 11.1.0, 11.1.1 and 11.1.2.

Audit module enhancements:

• Assurance Check forms now pre-fill the officer name, NZTA ID, and mobile number automatically

• Sites marked as unattended no longer require STMS details — reports now clearly show "unattended" instead of leaving fields blank

• The G4 "On-site record" question now includes an optional justification field when "Not applicable" is selected, carried through to PDFs, CSV exports, and reporting

• The Create Audit page now stays usable on narrower screens

• Audit boolean fields in the reports overview table no longer default to "No" when left unanswered — blank now stays blank

• Audit codes now correctly appear on the audit view page

Bug fixes

• Resolved an issue where users were unable to create or view TMPs (P2 incident — addressed in 10.1.6)

• Corrected raw HTML tags appearing in the Review Reason field across all review pages — text now displays as intended

• Addressed a problem where the link from a Worksite to its related EAR was not working correctly for MDC worksites

• Eliminated an issue where the Road Classification 'Not Required' option was appearing incorrectly in EAR details

• Improved handling of user data

• Corrected an issue where approved documents were missing the TMP ID, name, and Worksite ID when downloaded

• Resolved a performance problem caused by overly detailed jurisdiction boundary data being loaded on the map

• Addressed an error that occurred when sorting search results by submitted date

• Updated the wording in the WAP PDF approval text to correct a spelling error

• Addressed an issue where TMP start and end dates copied from a worksite showed the wrong time zone

• Corrected a redirect issue where declining a TMP sent you back to the search page

• Approving a TMP from worksite review now correctly returns you to the worksite instead of the TMP queue

• Corrected a multi-RCA issue where a secondary RCA removing themselves blocked the primary RCA from approving or declining

• TMPs created now start at version 0.0 (regardless of the creation start point)

Other improvements

• Private layout files are now included when generating a TMP PDF
