Product updates for myWorksites. Releases included: 11.1.7, 11.1.8, 11.2.0, 11.2.1, 11.2.2, 11.2.3, 11.2.4, 11.2.5, 11.2.6, 11.2.7, 11.2.8 and 11.2.9

New: Redesigned Worksite page

The Worksite view page has been rebuilt in a more modern technology stack, alongside the existing TMP page redesign, for a faster and more consistent experience.

The new page is a clone of the existing pages, and no functionality has been introduced, or removed.

The largest change is that the selection of Utility Operator Access Acts (RCA User facing) has been moved into a modal for more convenient access.

Other work of this redesign project has ensured that the existing functionality has a more consistent feel across the page, including for:

• A Work tab showing work item descriptions

• A Documentation section with attached files and direct download links

• Work Status plus Start Work and Complete Work actions

• A TMP section on the worksite page

• A Coordination Reviews panel across worksite, submission, and draft views

• A worksite and TMP coordination section, including a coordination table, map link, and clash resolution

• Stop Work and Issue Non-Conformance Notice actions

• An Acceptance Conditions section for submitted and accepted worksites

• Corridor characteristics shown for Corridor Access Managers in the relevant jurisdiction

• Modify Warranty Date and Complete Maintenance actions for worksites in warranty

• File upload experience on notifications -> a more generic design of modals has been implemented.

• Removing individual files in modals and clearer file-type and size error messages have been added

• Consistent section-style headers across worksite modals

• Minimal colour additions to the Worksite History section

New functionality

• Added the acceptance date for worksites to Worksite Search (as column and as filter)

Bug fixes:

• Thumbnail images on Worksite and TMP overview pages load once, rather than repeatedly reloading

• Cached site assets refresh after each release, rather than showing outdated content

• Corrected an issue around TMP creation via the worksite search field

• Navigation and menu items work correctly on mobile phones

• Allow RCA users to view old-style TMP layouts and detours even when a worksite is in draft status

• EAR review PDFs include the EAR details at a per revision basis

• Corrected an issue where generic TMP submissions on non-Global Permit worksites incorrectly required methodology files to be uploaded.
