Ability to Cancel a CARs, EARs or TMPs

Feature Request

We would like a feature to delete or cancel old submissions.

Currently, the only option is to request decline via the create revision function.

In the case where work is no longer going ahead we would like a way to cancel a submission regardless of whether is a already approved or not.

    Be able to withdraw CAR/WAP

    Feedback received from RCA and Applicants

    Sometimes work does not go ahead and the current process is for the applicant to reach out to the RCA and ask for the application to be declined.

    This creates manual work and may create a false representation on the planning map for works coordination.

    It has been requested that an approved worksite can be “withdrawn” by the applicant, and this would remove it from planning and work coordination reviews.
