New map which shows all clashing layouts and detours so they can be viewed in one place.

Visualise clashes and impacts on a map

Currently myWorksites detects clashes between worksites and highlights these in a list to applicants and corridor managers.

This work would allow users to visualise their worksite clashes on a map allowing applicants and corridor managers to gain a better understanding of how potential clashes will likely impact the network.

Problems to overcome:

• It is time consuming to navigate through all of the worksites, traffic management plans and detours which a worksite intersects.

• It is difficult to identify which clashes are going to cause an impact.

Benefits & outcomes sought:

• Reduce time spent reviewing clashes

• Easier identification of high impact clashes

• Provide better context to stakeholders to enable better work design and risk mitigation
