'Decision Date' Column in Search Export

Feature request to add a 'Declined Date' column to search exports for declined applications.

Currently, only 'Submitted Date' is available, causing inconvenience in tracking application timelines accurately. ​ ​

Might pay to expand the request and also display the "Decision Date" on the Worksite/TMP regardless of whether that was a declined or an approved application.
