Log details of all automatic emails sent to the CAR/TMP Comments section

At the moment, the RCA User trusts that the system has sent an email to the Applicant and to the Principal Client (or other users), when an action such as “Accepted” / “Declined” / “Works Complete notice Accepted” is completed in the system.

This is trust based and provides no visibility to any user as to who was informed.

WTA mentioned that logging these details for audit purposes and to support communication with their applicants would provide value to them.
