Improve reliability and consistency for processing of TMPs where there are Primary and Secondary RCAs involved.

      Hello Richard,

      The current improvements are focussed on improved reliability in the secondary workflow. The dual approval stamps you mention are currently out of scope - but are on our radar as future functionality.
