Improve conditions data structure

• Allow user to control order

• Condition hierarchy structure (allow for clauses - 11.1 OR 11.2 OR 11.3)

• Enable conditions to be linked to process steps

• Enable automated condition selection

Conditions are applied to all CARs on approval (issue of WAP). However, these are not necessarily reviewed or complied with following WAP issue due to

• no mechanism to record whether these conditions are being reviewed by the correct people,

• the overall turnaround of WAP issue and work start often leaves no time for any conditions to be discussed/altered.

This idea is to investigate ways to make sure the most important conditions are highlighted to users
