Conditions are applied to all CARs on approval (issue of WAP). However, these are not necessarily reviewed or complied with following WAP issue due to
no mechanism to record whether these conditions are being reviewed by the correct people,
the overall turnaround of WAP issue and work start often leaves no time for any conditions to be discussed/altered.
This idea is to investigate ways to make sure the most important conditions are highlighted to users
