Centralised management for Events

Enable Events to be managed in a single system by enhancing functionality, automation, notifications and being able to easily capture additional data.

Problems to overcome:

Events are managed across multiple systems (~60% myWorksites, ~40% other), creating inefficiencies and reduced effectiveness. Key challenges faced:

• Time lost and discrepancies caused from manual and double handling of data across multiple systems.

• Multiple systems to support the same process creates risk and lacks cohesion for how things are done.

• Current systems lack desired functionality that would improve ease and efficiency across the Event management processes.

Benefits & outcomes sought:  

This initiative aims to enable the key processes and management for all AT Events on myWorksites, focusing on:
