Ability for applicants to close a TMP separately to a worksite

Feature Request

This would help free up roadspace when aspects of work has been completed.

    Assume is in relation to when certain TMPs are ‘finished’ (probably mostly relevant where more than one TMP on a Worksite). But it could also be related to multiple Layouts on a TMP.
