March 2026 - Release Notes

Product updates for myWorksites. Releases 10.0.0, 10.0.1, 10.0.2 and 10.0.3

New features:

  • Added TMP Layout History:
    Changes made to TMP layouts are now captured and displayed in the revision history, making it easier to see what changed between versions

  • Assurance checks (Audits):

    • The 'Submitted' status has been renamed to 'Completed' for consistency

    • 'Quality assurance'/'QA' has been renamed to 'Assurance check' throughout the application

    • G-check justification notes are now included in CSV exports

  • When adding a secondary RCA to a draft TMP, the system now prevents selecting the same RCA as both primary and secondary

  • Pages now have smarter titles - for example, a TMP now has the TMP code and status in the page title. This is helpful for bookmarking, navigation, history, and working with multiple tabs.

  • Saved table preferences: Your table layout preferences — including column order, sorting, and filters — are now saved to your account, so they persist even after clearing your browser cache.

Bug fixes:

  • Corrected a typo in EARs where 'Footpath' was misspelled

  • Updated Review Reason field to correctly enforce character limits

  • Refined when EAR review summaries are shown to applicants

  • Updated form default selections in EAR review forms

  • Resolved an issue where "Go Back" on AT Reviews returned an empty dashboard

  • Refined automated fee handling for TMP revisions

  • Corrected AT Reviews Coordination panel displaying content from a different Worksite

  • Removed misleading "Add review Summary" prompt when reviews are non-editable

  • Corrected formatting in AT Reviews completion emails

  • Improved TMP status display accuracy

  • Corrected TMP Assignee selection not updating without a page refresh

  • Ensured completed AT Reviews are now properly recorded in the Worksite History panel

  • Improved Assurance Check button text display so button text is fully visible

  • Updated Assurance check report page date filter to no longer include future audit dates

  • Resolved an issue where the Assurance check report page date filter was not applying correctly

  • Resolved file attachments on top-level AT Reviews discussion posts not displaying

  • Corrected table sorting on code columns in Assurance check reports

  • Eliminated an issue where search results failed to load on initial page load for new permit queries

  • Corrected the Project Search function on the TMP creation screen
